As I don't know the address of your property I am not able to fully investigate this matter, I would be happy to do so if you would like to get in touch on the number below.
With regard to photographs we are keen to ensure that all of our property photographs are up to date and show properties in their best light. I am unable to find any record of a request for replacement photographs being made that we have not been able to resolve. I'm sorry if you felt that was the case.
Once a client has ended their contract with us we would make every effort to remove all information relating to their property from our marketing materials as soon as possible. Occasionally, if there is some interest in purchasing the property during that period, a client may request that we continue to act for them for a short time, so that they do not lose a sale. We would be happy to accommodate this request but it may then be the case that a property remains on marketing materials, such as Rightmove, for longer than usual.
