We were unsure about using a web based estate agent. At first! Prior to signing up with emoov, we had our home up for sale with a local estate agent without a decent offer or customer service.

With emoov we had a totally difference experience, when they said they would call, they called, when they said they would email and not call during working hours, they did, when they said they would do something, they did it. Each agent you speak with can see your account and unlike many companies these days they communicated with each other and are actually friendly rather than pushy. They work for you not against you like the local agent. They make you a priority rather them thinking of what is in it for them which local agents make you feel. I couldn't praise them enough for all their support through what turned out to be a very difficult sale. Even after the offer was made they were on hand for advice and support right up to the day the keys were handed over.

Thank you emoov, everyone in the office I spoke with was equally as professional and helpful as the other but the people I dealt with were, Rob, Ryan, Lisa and Jessica who on the last day was just lovely.

For what you pay local estate agents for, for a fraction of the cost you get so much more with emoov. The customer service was exceptional and helped take the stress of having to constantly do the local estates job for them.
