I was very impressed with the service from all of the staff at the holywell branch. They proved to be proactive, attentive, courteous and efficient right from the first phone call through to completion. Sian kept me well informed right throughout the process. The Beresford Adams call centre meant they never missed a call from a prospective buyer even when their branch was closed. They use up to date technology so they were quick to get property on the market. Highly recommended.
Comment on agent fees
Although slightly more expensive than the other agents we met we felt they were justified by the call centre and the staffs ability to sell.
