I found the staff at Entwistles to be very professional and efficient. They always returned my call or email and answered every query in an efficient and knowledgeable fashion. Having dealt with other agents in the area I have found Entwistles to be the absolute best. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was never let down, every query was answered, every question asked on my behalf and they were thorough, organised and genuinely interested in helping me. Five stars.
Comment on agent fees
It is a shame that we didn't get the advertised price for the property but my need for a quick sale was uppermost in my mind so the price achieved reflected this. The fees paid were justified for the thoroughly professional service I received.

Think they were bit high but they sold my property quickly. Would like room for negotiation or % of sale price rather than fixed fee. Then find out they had 1% offer on for june so very unhappy with that.
