In May 2015, I wished to rent my home and instructed Gibbs to secure suitable tenants. I was provided with an exceptional level of service from the very beginning, with the whole process (from taking the initial photographs to the tenant move in day) lasting no more than 2 weeks.
Mark Tompkins, in the capacity of letting manager, provided an excellent service overview and a very competitive price, constructed a high quality marketing campaign/brochure, and was always willing and able to answer any queries I had, making sure the letting process was as smooth and trouble-free as it could be. I would have no hesitation with instructing Mark/Gibbs again on a future occasion.
Jack Carroll, in the capacity of lettings consultant/negotiator, again provided an exceptional service in vetting/securing the right tenants, showing them around the home, and mediating very professionally between us to ensure all our queries were promptly answered. Highly motivated and always willing to go above and beyond, I always felt the lettings process was in good, safe hands, and I would again have no hesitation in working with Jack again.
