Review for James Selby
I have just completed my first year as a landlord and it has been a learning process. There have been some stand out people in Mannings (I do emphasize that) and likewise at times I have been, rightly or wrongly, somewhat frustrated, disappointed or confused by some, or no, responses. It has been a learning process
In this regard James' recent work has been outstanding. Issues that have seemingly been bogged down but seemingly pivotal in considering rental renewal options have been cleared quickly and decisively by James. As a landlord far distant from my property, I need from a managing agency, a proactive stance, not only a comprehensive picture and its importance of any situation to be given, but as I would expect from any manager a full list of options with reasons / pros & cons and most importantly to reply quickly and clear issues quickly.
As I have said there are some stand outs in Mannings Stainton, and I consider James one of them. He has acted as I would expect and defined above from a managing agent. In addition his own personal landlord experiences give an additional and most valuable aspect to his advice.
On completing my 1st year as a landlord it has been a learning process, but I feel that James in the last few weeks has cemented that learning process. I highly commend him for his recent work, I will say that I expect him to remain and be a significant part of the managing agents team serving my, the landlords, interests in the future
