Terrible agency. I was frustrated at the whole time with them because they were extremely unhelpful. We had a massive leak from the light bulb in the hallway which was not dealt with for over 5 months, so at the end we just needed to move out. It was endagering as the water was pouring at the line at which the electricity was running. I was scared every time when I had to swich the light on! Morever, the onlyt thing that they did was to isolate the light in the bathroom, leaving us without an actual light, and only a dimmed mirror light so we had to buy a candle! I have to say that the money they are charging for all the services they are 'providing' is absolutely unfair! Terrible customer service and communication! The only answer you would get when you ask for something is 'we cannot deal with that... it is someone else's job!'
