I chose C&R over other local estate agents as they were the only agents who took time out to come out when I was available. As I work long hours Monday to Friday I was unable to make it during the week, It was Gurmet and C&R that took the time to come and see me Saturday morning, which ticked a box immediately.

Gurmet spoke frankly and openly about his experiences in dealing with property in the area as well of some of his personal up bringing and how he had developed this in the business over the years. Over this time he got to understand the nature of the market in the area which was in depth to say the least. The discussion we had was warm but professional, no hard sell, no big promises and most importantly fees were a major a plus. After the discussion I handed the keys there and then, and without hesitation, so the property could be marketed. It was on the market by Monday.

Through out the marketing and sale process I was contacted by email, which I preferred so I could respond in my own time or call back if it was urgent. The entire process was easy and had a no nonsense approach to it. I would recommend C&R to anyone. Even after the sale I am still in touch as I am now using C&R to find me a house to buy.

Most sensible and realistic on all the agents I contacted. Felt that the fees being paid were for the service and sale of the property rather than some expensive city centre office, or a fleet of posh motors. A major plus point that help seal the deal.

Hi, I’m one of the other tenants living in this house too. Can I just firstly add we never got given the option to move in a day later, only to move in later in the afternoon. Hi Daniel, I'm sorry that you have not had a smooth move in. I don't understand what has gone wrong as all of our properties have all mains connected and should be a case of just turning a boiler/tank on. As i don't know your full name i'm assuming that you have taken on a MANAGED property and not a LET ONLY property.
