Nathan is very pleasant, helpful and professional. We've let through a number of agents and would put NMR and Nathan at the top in terms of response, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was easy and he was very accommadating when we asked to move the date forward to collect the keys. We have both been very happy with the experience which isn't always the case as a tenant. We find some agents weigh heavy to support the landlord's needs mainly but Nathan made us feel our needs are equal. We feel this goes a long way to enjoying the property you are letting and a good experience for everyone.

They did not provide misleading information, however your office did ask them to play around with dates on the application which I have seen emails for. This would have been misleading. They tried to provide a guarantor with the criteria given but this was rejected. They tried everything possible to resolve issues and get the house. They should get there deposit back. ...

Just wanted to add to my original review. I have now had the property for 2 years and have to say I am really happy with Nathan, Robyn and all the team at NMR. Living in Spain I need an agent to fully manage my property and NMR give me that .
