I am very pleased with the services provided by Burchell Edwards especially with Ryan Pemblington for being so polite,friendly,professional and made our hopes become reality. We have been registered with few agencies but could not find the house we wanted or if we found something was gone before we could view it.Therefore we were very disappointed and lost hopes in finding a decent house. Ryan called with few options every time there was a new property that will suit our needs and if we refused he`ll always ask what is the reason and if any change on the property will make us reconsider. Then after almost a month we saw the current house and viewing was arranged promptly with Josh ;was very helpful and we signed the papers straight away. From then all went smooth and quick , paperwork was done, Ryan helped with all information regarding utilities,landlord ,inventory, insurance etc. I have been renting before with different agencies but I was very impressed with Ryan for not forgetting any of these details. He`s been the best and I want to thank him and also to Josh for all the help.
