Darren Hole responded promptly to my request to sell, was extremely knowledgable about the area and gave an accurate estimate. After several viewings a buyer was quickly secured. That chain broke down and Bradleys quickly found new buyers. Unfortunately these buyers turned out to be time wasters but Bradleys gave sound advice and found several new buyers quickly. Debbie handled interesting negotiations late on a Friday evening with skill and humour. Both Debbie and Karen followed up the usual delays and issues efficiently and pleasantly and kept me closely advised.
