From the word go I knew she does not know what she was doing her figures were not adding up at and she is very arrogant. She tell lies with confidence and promise to sort out the problem and she has never done. All the checks that should be done before a tenant move in was never done. What really annoys me is when she promises to sort out the problem any call you back she will never call, and the problem will not be sorted out. When you continue to call she will not pick up the phone and when the other staff picked up the call they will say that she is not in which is a lie. I will not go anywhere near connells agency anymore, and will not recommend them to anyone at all. Sophie Godfrey is not fit to do the job, her customer service is very very poor that I will never go there anymore.
