My initial contact was with Jason and after a good chat and agreeing terms we had a good meeting at the property after which marketing quickly commenced. The team were always professional and helpful and after the offers were made a recommendation followed that I subsequently dealt with via Jamie Hutton. The only thing I think which could be improved was that I had to make my own notes on the prospective buyers along with any pros and cons/comments etc and the amounts offered including deposits offered. If this had been e-mailed it would have been a big help as I had to go over them and write up my notes in order to clarify the people concerned and who the best people were to accept from etc, to another party. Aside from this I was kept informed when there was any movement in the later sale and any specific issues, which were helpful in updating the solicitor etc. Jason was confident of finding a no-nonsense buyer following a disastrous 2 prior episodes with a previous agent. It was a relief to find a company who knew what they were doing but who not just the market but crucially knew their buyers also! I will be coming back to them in the future.
