last year we saw this house being marketed by another estate agent,we went to view not realising the price as we had no paperwork to look at.i absolutely loved it,and knowing we could never have afforded it,life went on! on another visit to newquay we went to the street where this house was and it was still for sale,and i said jokingly to my husband oh look MY house is still for sale,and moaned that we couldnt ever have it! Well a few months down the line,we started looking around again at the houses there,saw one that was up for sale,(not with bradleys,)really cheap,in berry road,we put an offer in but as ours wasnt up for sale,they went with another buyer as they were ready to go,so we came home,and immediately put our house in essex up for sale,we sold it in a matter of days,and started looking on rightmove,for a house in newquay again! well nothing i liked! i kept saying,there was nothing ,so im starting to panic. about 3 weeks ago a young man by the name of Matt Winn phoned me,completely out of the blue.he said that a while ago i had shown interest in this particular house (my dream one )before and that bradleys had now been instructed to take over the marketing and if i could put an offer on this house,what would it be,and i told him ,that i had looked round it previously,and could never afford it,he said if you dont ask you dont get,lol so i told him the top price we could pay,and that was it,we couldnt go any higher.he asked if i wanted to put that offer to the vendor,and i said ok ,(wont be hearing from him again! i couldnt believe it ,that a couple of days after he phoned me and told me it had been accepted.,i could have cried,as iloved this house from day 1,and had it not been for Matt it would never of happened for us to be moving in it very soon.he showed us round it again yday,to take measurements etc; we were bowled over by matt,he never hurried us at all, he is completely a lovely person.bradleys took on a remarkable young man,he is a great asset to them.
