I put my apartment on the market with Country Properties Hitchin and I got an offer of the full guide price which I am delighted with. The quality of the service I got from James Evans and his team were excellent. I subsequesntly had difficulties with my buyer. James worked so hard going and beyond to help resolve the issue. Well done Country Properties.
Comment on agent fees
Very happy with the fees which i felt were competitive and well earned. I had offers from other agents at lower fees but I am delighted I went with Country Properties as I believe I got more money for my apartment after the fee than anyone else would have got.
