There aren't enough words to stress how awful, conniving and greedy this company is. If you don't use their 'recommended' cleaning company (aka sister company) at the end of tenancy, you will be charged anyway. Our flat was left spotless, despite the worn and state the landlords couldn't be bothered to update, yet PG insisted it was still filthy. The company we used cleaned it AGAIN, but surprise surprise, still not good enough for them. So off they went and charged us hundreds of ‚£‚£ for more cleaning. These people are disgusting and their attitude unbelievable. Our boiler broke numerous times- they didn't care. The carpet was threadbare and the window frames rotten- they didn't care. Still thought it was acceptable to charge a rent increase though. No idea what lies they were feeding the landlord. In total I ended up about ‚£800 out of pocket, and that was each of us, thanks to this place. DO NOT USE!!! I can't stress this enough!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be honest with tenants, stop using tenants as cash machines!

Dont know what property this was but where a property is professionally cleaned (check inventories or copies of receipts as proof) at the start of a tenancy, Tenants are asked to leave it in the same condition. We dont demand that tenants use one of our recommended cleaners but they are recommend for a reason. There are a lot of unreliable cleaning companies out there that don't do a good job and don't come back if cleaning is deemed unsatisfactory; leaving Tenants worse off as they then have t ...
