Pete came to value the house. He was very professional and interested and gave good advice. The property was placed on the market very quickly and our buyer viewed it the next day. They came back again a few days later after researching the market and viewing a few other properties. Julie kept us informed at all times and concluded the negotiations very quickly. The paperwork and EPC check were all dealt with and arranged promptly. All the staff were very helpful, professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Comment on agent fees
I suppose when you sell your house so quickly you feel the fees are high, but they would have been exactly the same if the house had taken longer to sell and that's a chance you take.
