Absolutely disgusted with this letting agent. The experience we had with this agent is by far the worst we have ever had whilst renting property. Rude and ignorant staff, deductions from deposits for ridiculous things. They are trying to take ‚£173 from our deposit (which we are disputing) They took our personal mail from our house while doing an unattended inspection visit. Yes you read that correctly, TOOK MY MAIL. Unbelievable! Laughed in my face when I asked about the complaints procedure, actually laughed and snorted out loud. Spoke to my mother very rudely also (she was there as a witness) The most unprofessional agent we have ever dealt with. Avoid them like the plague and do not rent any property from this mob. Disgusting.
