I was extremely pleased with the level of service and support throughout the sale of my property.
Initially I considered three potential agents to handle this sale, eventually selecting your company on the basis of your enthusiasm and attention to detail. In contrast to one of your well-established competitors, it was clear from the outset that you actually enjoy the challenge of selling houses and that you value your clients. This makes all the difference from a client's perspective.
Your team, notably Lisa Simpson, stayed engaged and proactive throughout. It is clear that your team are prepared to put in extra effort when it matters ¢â‚¬â€œ for example, I received timely replies to urgent issues at weekends and during evenings. This provides a lot of reassurance particularly if a sale is not proceeding smoothly. Thank you for making sure that communication was always clear and timely.

Just about acceptable, though marginally higher than the competition. Better rates are available in more built up areas but we are in a rural setting. We chose personal local service over internet based cheaper conveyancers and we think it paid off.
