Having dealt with several estate agents over the years, buying, selling and letting property in various locations across the UK, I can honestly say that I have never met such a proactive team in supporting the sale of a property. They facilitated the whole process and left nothing to run as a matter of course - it did get to the point though when I felt I should be redirecting my legal fees to Lisa and not the conveyancing solicitor!
Comment on agent fees
Having been is situations where I wondered what I have actually paid for, I can say that you can definately see what you get for your money with the team at Hoppers. They are not the cheapest but they are a great example of you get what you pay for and they succeeded in record time what two other agents had failed to achieve.

Just about acceptable, though marginally higher than the competition. Better rates are available in more built up areas but we are in a rural setting. We chose personal local service over internet based cheaper conveyancers and we think it paid off.
