very very very very very (and I could go on) bad! demanding sellers fees when in reality we sold with another agent after contract ended and 2 months past all contractual obligations to them. Threatening letters, emails and so on,. Very poor and underhanded staff. Withheld offers when we where signed up to them and didn't inform us of viewings and people turned up unannounced. Signed up with fixed fee then they dropped the price yet wanted to charge same fees. Please sell with someone else and stay clear.
