I had attempted to market my property two months previously through an agent who assured me they had a long list of potential buyers in the price bracket. In the six weeks I was with them they introduced just three interested parties and I ended the contract.

Cricketts, by comparison, were professional, hardworking and dedicated. Within days a stream of potential buyers came to view the house, always accompanied and visits followed up by feedback. One of the first to view had been on the previous agent's books but had not been contacted by them!
I was always advised of and about, offers and there was never any pressure to accept a lower offer or reduce the price. In fact I chose to do this myself and immediately had an offer of 5k below the original asking price.

There was a dearth of property in my price range at the time but again, there was never any pressure on me to find somewhere and they said it was important to find the 'right one' rather than rush into the wrong one. When I did find somewhere, the vendors' (online) conveyancer was very slow and it was Kathleen who managed to get them moving when no one else could. When there was a last minute negotiation to agree a completion date and my preferred moving company couldn't do that date, it was Vanessa who calmly said leave it to me, and rang back less than an hour later with the details of a company.

I always got the impression of Cricketts working as a highly effective and professional team. My main contacts were Kathleen Crickett, Vanessa and the delightful Amy, who did the majority of the viewings and was always smiling, positive and helpful. I really cannot recommend Cricketts highly enough. To me, they break the mould and demonstrate that not all estate agents are the same.
