I have several properties with this company. Alex deals with me personally.
When a tenant leaves, Alex always ensures my properties are left immaculate.
More importantly, Northwood usually have a new tenant moved in within a month.
I receive a very personal service which is very important to me as time is at a premium.

Terrible customer service.
Decline potential buyers a viewing before knowing all the facts. You should ask the right questions first.
They blame everyone else and do not return calls so the only correspondence you get is emails.

Unfortunately if you put the wrong information in to your Rightmove enquiry, as you did by saying you had a house to sell, it is not our fault we cannot action your request when instructed by the vendor to only allow viewings with buyers in a postion to proceed. Gabi rang back twice with no answer. We even had an email reply from you acknowledging our calls.
