I was a tenant of Arden PM, and I have had many issues with them. They took over my previous agency 6 months after I moved in, and the first news I heard from them was an email telling me that I had not paid the rent, and that I should do so immediately. However, I had paid the rent, and I had previously updated the standing order's code to that of Arden's. I told them so by email, but I never got an answer apologizing for their mistake.
The second time I was doubtful about their service was when I called them to tell them that my shower hose had ran out of pressure. They said they'd contact the plumber, and they did, but unfortunately the shower didn't get fixed, so I called them back and they told me to contact the plumber myself. I had thought that this was the agency's job!
I moved out of my flat a few weeks ago. I am still waiting for my deposit and the remaining rent back. It is Arden's task to close the bill's accounts. However, I still got a bill from Scottish Power after I moved out, so I had to close it myself and ask them to return the money.
Therefore, I would not recommend becoming a tenant of Arden PM. They seem disorganized and unresponsive. Every time I had a problem, I had to contact them more than once to get it fixed.
