Belvior Ashton are simply awful. Slow, or in some cases, no response. Was told before moving in work was going to be done on the property - it wasn't. The house was a state when we moved in but we were assured it would be professionally cleaned. It wasn't. I can only assume they took a large chunk of the previous tenant's deposit and kept it for themselves as no improvements were ever made. Now waiting impatiently to get deposit back. Sent numerous emails, no response. Absolute joke. One of the worst I've ever dealt with, and that includes an agency that took 3 months to fix my toilet!! Awful.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Respond!! That is all we ever really wanted. I understand sometimes you are waiting for information or a response from someone but keep us up to date! Not ignore us for a week and then conveniently have the answer when you get an angry phone call from us. That's the most frustrating part.

Comment on agent fees
Agents fees are always too high for the work they carry out. No idea how they can justify the expense
