Although we appreciate all feed-back, we do feel the need to set the record straight on this comment. Mr Leaver signed a new contract with us on 10th March 2015 for 12 month and due to a change of circumstances he needed to vacate earlier, we then actively marketed his apartment and found a new tenant to release Mr Lever from the burden of 11 month's rent! Mr Leaver also signed a schedule of conditions for the apartment when he moved in and had he left the property as clean as it was when he moved in, he would not have received an invoice from the cleaning company that we use for £78.00. The property was left not only dusty but also very grubby and a chrome shelf from the oven had disappeared. Mr Leaver was also very lucky as he drilled 4 holes into the wall to put up a tv without the landlord's permission but luckily the new tenant was happy to repair this herself. We did of course offer to show Mr Leaver the photographs which were taken on check out to back up the cleaning charge which he declined to view.

With regards to our fees, the renewal fee is £60.00 and the check out fee is £84.00 this was all know to Mr Leaver before he signed the first contract and moved in.
