I have moved many times over the last 25 years and have never had cause to say a good word about Estarpte Agents, much less write a review. However I used Gregory Brown to help my Mum sell her house, and it is fair to say that with any other Estate Agent the Exchange at the least would have been delayed, and probably the sale would have fallen through. Everyone in the office appeared to know me, my Mum, and the property, even though I hadn't spoken to everyone. The telephones are always answered, even out of office hours, and emails promptly responded to. In particular, Tom was constantly on the telephone, contacting both Solicitors, sometimes many times a day, utilising differnt tactics to get results. Tom even resorted to google to try and locate further interested parties to help keep things moving. I am exceedingly grateful to Tom and Will to help make my Mum's move happen as planned.
