I first approached Bradleys just over 2 years ago when I wanted to put my mother's flat on the market. I contacted 3 other estate agents but Bradleys seemed more professional and realistic with the selling price. Unfortunately I needed to purchase an extended lease which took a very long time and it was agreed to take the flat off the market until such time the extended lease had been purchased. The flat was put on the market again last March/April. I was revisited at the flat by Darren who again was very professional and realistic about the selling price. As I live 160 miles away, he arranged for the flat to have a deep clean and although the kitchen needed replacing advised me not to do so. He also agreed to stick to the original commission price for selling the flat. The flat did not attract much attention ad on Darren's advice the price was dropped (twice). During this time Lisa also got involved and both of them kept me up to date with events. In early December I accepted an offer and all parties agreed that we would not look at having a move until the New Year. Since January it has been both dramatic and stressful with the solicitors being the guilty parties. Lisa was more involved and made sure I received as much information as possible on a very regular basis. She also managed to keep the buyer's interest as well. I am pleased to say that contracts have now been signed for the 11th May which is a huge relief. Both Lisa and Darren have kept my insanity! During this time I have had to deal with some very upsetting family problems and it was so nice to receive a phone call now and then reassuring me that although matters were going slow, the sale of the flat was still going through. Thanks to all the lovely staff at Bradleys.

The best value for agent's fees. The other 3 were more expensive.
