Hutton Parker is probably one of the worst estate agents in the Oxford area. Their staff are incompetent and rude, and when approached they put the entire blame on the consumer. They got our contract details wrong TWICE even after they had 'read through and amended' everything, then when they forgot to send the complete set of them, they put me at fault.
Avoid Hutton Parker if you want a GOOD experience getting a house...
