Firstly during the viewing an agent convinced me that it is Band A property. However it appeared to be Band C which caused me to pay more money.
Secondly they delayed move in date several times. Initially they told me one day to move in. But the day before they phoned me and said that I can move in only a week after. Even though all the necessary checks had already been made.
Thirdly they take money for everything. Administration fee, deposit fee. Then they want me to pay extra administration fees each half of a year. I dealt with other agencies before. None of them were so greed. Also they accept the first payment in cash only which is quite painful (Rent+deposit+fees is a lot of money).
Fourthly they provide very poor service. During the viewing I noticed a broken hadle. An agent ensured me that it will be fixed within the next couple of days. However they fixed it only a month later after I sent them written complain about that. There was even bigger problem with faulty washing machine. It took them three months to replace it.
Fifth. they do not really reply to e-mails. They often promise something orally and just forget that.

Moved into a filthy house with loads of problems. JW Wood refuse to sort any of them out and it has cost us hundreds just to make it liveable. Mould throughout house and the house stinks. 0/10 would not recommend....
