The reason I chose Thomas Morris was partly due to my parents using them on numerous times and saying that they were very good and helpful.
My experience with Thomas Morris was a easy one really considering it was my first property sale as they did all the hardwork and explained everything that was needed each step of the way.
They chased up the buyers and their agentssolicitors all the time and kept me uptodate on the situation at hand.
Very fair price as my house was a small 1 bed cube setup they did a great deal for me.
I would highly recommend Thomas Morris to anyone looking to buy or sell a property they are very helpful and always there to sort any issues or concerns you may have.
The one big thing I liked about them was the fact that everyone that worked there knew about my sale and the position it was in at all times. Unlike other agents that only have one person in on the salebuy and if they are away you are left in the dark etc.
