More estate agents/the letting shop are the worst agent we have ever dealt with. they have left urgent works (confirmed by RICS) not repaired for over a year despite us formally pointing it out for over a year. They do not respond when we ask them to. In one instance I had to involve the HSE before they admitted responsibility for an issue. We are now moving out and seeking legal advice. I would not reccomend them to anyone
