I use Parkland Estates for the full management of my property as I live nearly 200 miles away from Margate. Their service during the two tenancies they have arranged for me has been exceptional and this have given me complete peace of mind. Their lettings department always respond to queries within the day, usually within the hour and their suggestions for tradespeople and management issues are always spot on. They are fair when dealing with tenants and I feel they represent the landlords interests without ignoring the tenants rights.
