The service was poor, they didnt even meet me at the property when I was moving in. They didn't provide me with information regarding the property and information they did tell me was wrong!
Made it clear that I was being an inconvenience to them when I requested thing like contact details in case of an emergency which I feel they should have given me.
I wouldnt recommend renting with them and I would let them manage my property, if the tenant isnt given emergency contact details what are they going to do if a situation arises.

As an employee of Warwick Baker working in lettings I am very disappointed by this review. We are the emergency contact for all managed properties and we have numbers on the answer machine to call out of hours. The majority of our business is from repeat custom and I would welcome the opportunity to meet with and resolve any issues this tenant has.

This tenant must have been shown the property at some time, otherwise why did he or she agree to rent it. Also how was the property accessed? The tenant must have collected the keys. Agents do not always accompany tenants when moving in. After viewing the property, paying the deposit and rent and collected the keys tenants usually prefer to be left alone to move in and get settled.
