We have nothing but praise for Myriann at Coopers Estate Agents. Absolute pleasure to have met a professional sales agent who secured an offer on our dream home. We had been looking for a property for over a year and nothing that met our requirements was coming on the market. Throughout this period Myriann booked in many viewings and maintained regular contact with us informing us of up and coming properties.
One morning I received an email from Myriann regarding a property in the desired area that ticked the long list of requirements we were after. Myriann immediately arranged a viewing at short notice as we were flying abroad. She met us at the property and we fell in love with the house.
Myriann negotiated with the vendors on our behalf to secure the property of our dreams that we had long awaited for.
Throughout the year of looking I can honestly say that having dealt with many sales agents through various estate agents, Myriann was the most professional, genuine and nicest sales agent.
I cant thank her enough for finding us our dream home and will definitely recommend those looking for a property in Middlesex to contact Myriann for a tailored service for each individual. Honestly... She is the best!
