I was a tenant in a house that was being sold by the landlord who had put simpsons and partners in charge of selling the house. We were not happy about the landlady wanting to sell but said we would coperate and allow viewings to take place. We have a disabled son and a newborn baby so asked if we could have notice before viewings. Simpsons and partners where threating and rude throught the whole process. They gave very little or sometimes no notice at all before viewings and they threated us that if we didnt coperate with them they would tell the landlord and have us evicted before the house was sold. They also cause alot of stress for our disabled son. Simon who I believe is the director/partner was very rude and made threats against us.

You are not wrong there my friend. They are useless incompetent liars.
I have had enough of there lies and fraudulent attempts to take extra money not owed to them, I ma taking them to small claims court, anyone else with similar issues is welcome to jump on the claim. ...

The report above is not entirely accurate. These clients were repeatedly rude to our staff members. Updates were give but were 'unacceptable' to the buyers. Our staff will not tolerate abusive language. These clients had offered on a house thorough us 2 weeks ago, which was subsequently removed off of the market. Awful. Just awful.
They didn't tell the vendor our full offer to begin with. Then said 'well those sorts of details are neither here nor there'.
