Country Properties made the sale of our house very smooth and successful.

The pictures and advertising, together with their existing contacts of potential buyers, meant there was a huge amount of interest in the property. They organised the viewings with consideration and kept us up to date, and helped sell the property within a weekend.

They also helped manage the sale when our buyers pulled out while we were abroad, and later found a new buyer again within a weekend. Each time we received a price significantly above what we had hoped for.

We dealt with lots of people at the office and they were all always very helpful, professional and friendly.

The agents fees were competative with all local agents and open to discussion when circumstances meant fixed or percentage fee was better
