We have recently bought a house through Links and have had an extremely positive and stress free experience. The team were always professional, efficient and approachable which made everything as easy and pain free as possible! We always felt comfortable and confident in their ability and felt valued as clients and not just a sale. Being new to the area it took us a while to work out our bearings in Exmouth when out viewing properties but Julie went out of her way to show us local amenities and landmarks to help us make the right choice. We sensed that the team listened and understood our specific needs and worked hard to find the perfect property for us. At all stages communication was excellent and any query we had was answered...if not immediately, always the same day. Mark particularly liaised regularly with us, the vendors and the solicitors in order to keep everything on track. This was a huge factor in reducing the stress experienced by most house buyer or sellers. Thank you Links! We have no hesitation recommending or using Links again in the future.
