I found the service from the initial stage precise clear and informative.The presentation of what my responsibilities were and what was need was excellent.Once agreed the house was marketing very professionally with excellent advice on what should stay/or not and excellent photos of the inside and outside taken.The way the house was to be marketed was presented in a very positive way leaving me knowing that the house was in good hands.Once the house was put on the market to be let the response were extremely quick and tennants of excellent quality were found extremely quickly within 1 week.The vetting of the Tenants and report give were also of a high standard and everything was completed quickly .Very highly recommended service with excellent after care.
