A one in a lifetime experience. Stratospheric fees, hidden costs, forced insurance, intrusive unnecessary checks. A company to avoid if at all possible. High pressure to get the "holding deposit" paid then the all the other shenanigans begin....

The fees are horrendous. about £750 in initial fees for 2 people renting, referencing fees, fees for absolutely every little thing. Horrible. No other agent in the area charges this much.
