A young estate agents and an overall poor experience from the beginning.

To begin with, when the property was viewed, we were assured it would have been cleaned. Then when asking for a confirmation about whether it had been cleaned, Paul Frayne responded with My definition of clean is probably different from your definition of clean. Pathetic. It was not cleaned and people who were in the flat prior to us were blamed.

One evening, we were locked outside at around 7pm. We contacted the estate agent and they first said there is a charge of £50 but were then then advised to stay somewhere else because it was out of office hours. Ridiculous advice and no help given.

When it came to leaving the property, we had it professionally cleaned. Paul Frayne decided to take money out of our deposit as he did not agree with the standard of cleanliness. Ie, when we moved in, a filthy flat was his definition of clean. When we moved out, his definition of clean was better than that of a professional cleaner. When disagreeing with the charge, he asked us how much we'd pay to go to town, park a van and clean a flat. What kind of a professional response is that?

Absolutely terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this estate agents to anyone.

No professionalism.

Paul Frayne - absolute disgrace to the business.
