Searching for a flat in London is often a horrible experience and it's mostly because of incompetent agents. That's one of the reasons my husband and I never used them and tried to rent privately, but running out of options (we have a pet which makes the search even more difficult), we contacted multiple agents with an enquiry for a 1 bed flat with very specific requirements. Of course, we've got countless offers nowhere near our price range, location etc. However, Elin from Jorgensen Turner only contacted us when they had a property that completely matched our description.

What we really liked is how she treated the current tenants when showing around the property. She was very respectful and considerate which was very encouraging because one day we would be in their shoes. All throughout the process Elin was very efficient, professional but always had a personal touch. She had to go on holiday when we were waiting to hear back from the landlady, but she passed everything on to Natasha who was also very helpful and got back to us as soon as she had a response. The communication has been great throughout and Elin followed up with us multiple times before and after the move.

Overall, a great experience!
