Lee Hunt was exceptionally helpful, in arranging a viewing of the property promptly, that week, when the property was first on the market and at a convenient time. At the viewing Robert Davies was particularly helpful in being very informative about the property, enthusiastic, responsive and knowledgeable in his ability to answer all my questions, thoroughly. Through-out the purchase period, I have been very impressed with Turners, as they have always been on hand to answer my questions, assist with progressing the purchase and generally very helpful, inclusive of arranging a second viewing at short notice, and additionally a further visit to allow some personal checks to be carried out on the gas and electricity systems in the property. They have additionally helped out liaising between the Seller and myself, (as the Purchaser). Robert and Lee were also great at completion, ensuring keys were ready and on hand to be collected on the day we completed and additionally organised the property to have been cleaned to a beautifully immaculate standard, prior to completion. Turners always respond promptly to calls, are intelligent, knowledgeable and proactive and have a warm, friendly and highly professional manner. Great to have worked with them on this purchase, and I would highly recommend Turners to any prospective Sellers, Purchasers or people looking to rent their properties, out, in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed in our service. As you may recall you had a few requests regarding the property which the landlords did not agree to, and your subsequent offer was then declined by the landlord. Unfortunately by the time you submitted a revised offer, another offer had been put to us and accepted by the landlord, with a holding deposit also being paid.
