It was easy and enjoyable conversing with Tariq, I was aware I was contacting him a but more than he probably would have liked but he always made me feel like it wasn't a problem and tried to help as much as possible. Peter passed the keys to myself on the day and he also had a good, calm manner.
Comment on agent fees
I was never told about the ‚£108 processing fee which was a slight shock when signing the contractS.

Complaints Procedure
