Dear All,

I write on behalf of API, who are a national property company with residential and commercial interests in many towns the length and breadth of The UK.

When it comes to local property management it is imperative we are able to find the most reliable proactive managing agent in any given location. In the case of Andrews, Romford we feel we have one of the best managing agents acting for our portfolio throughout the UK.

Rent collection is thorough and timely, and accounting is clear and precise. The physical day to day management is handled professionally and diligently, with appropriate decision making and reporting as per the brief given.

Both Landlord and Tenant liaison is handled excellently allowing both us as client and Andrews as agent an excellent working relationship with occupiers.

The residential units have been very well maintained over a significant period in a very cost effective manner mainly due to Andrews excellent management control and diligent inspection regime.

We would like to thank Andrews for their efforts over the last 6 years we've worked together and long may it continue. We have no hesitation in recommending Andrews to any prospective Landlord.

Fee levels are appropriate for the property and on a par with other agents offering similar services in the same region - we have no issue with the fee structure which is simple and reasonable.
