Paul kept us in touch with events, some unhappy as it transpired, when our Purchaser's buyer pulled out at the last minute. Luckily they found another buyer and things went ahead.
Naturally this caused quite some delay.
At the end he was also chasing our Purchaser's Soliciter for Exchange and Payment.
He was unfailingly cheerful, even when things went wrong and we believe that he did his very best on our behalf.
We would recommend his services to any prospective Seller.

Comment on agent fees
I had thought the fees were 1%. It is my own fault for not clarifying this at the beginning. The first valuation was optimistic.
