With all agents using the same advertising medium these days I think the key to choosing an agent is firstly for their negotiation ability and secondly how they deal with the crunch when it comes. These days there seems to invariably be a crunch in the process and it is important that it is dealt with well. In all elements we found Kit was cool calm and collected (all parties can get very hot under the collar) information flowed well, all matters were dealt with promptly, issues were handled without fuss. Kit seemed to read personalities well and deal with everything very professionally. I would recommend Kit and his team.
