Be very careful before renting a property through Flemings. No matter how well you look after the property you will struggle to get your whole deposit back ! Picking up on very petty things during vacation of property (e.g solitary nail left in a wall, and a misplaced pole left in a tank cupboard). Charged an extortionate rate to clean the property after moving out even though it had been cleaned. Was expected to show prospective new tenants round the property without anyone from Flemings attending - talk about doing their job for them ! Have used a number of letting agents and have never lost a penny of my deposit or dealt with one that seems to care so little. Will never use again and will make sure no-one I know does !

I had the same problem so many problems with the house we where in we wish we had taken them to court as we had a fire, broken tiles which resulted in feet being cut, no boiler for nearly a year just a joke the don't care for tenants Avoid! ...
