I have been a customer of Andrews for a number of years and always get a first class service from all the staff.
On this occasion the service was once again up to the usual high standard.

Mark Harrington gave a very professional and thorough service.

He is very through and diligent and made sure that all the relevant documentation and certificates which are now required to carry out a professional letting were up to date.
I feel such excellent service should be commended.
Well done and thanks for all the hard work.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Process the deposit returns quicker. A month is a ridiculously long waiting time. Plus, we handed the deposit to agents via a bank transfer. We were expecting a bank transfer back. Not a check! How old-fashioned!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been professional and SPOKEN to me instead of 'pinging emails' and avoiding calls. Got the facts straight before they informed me about 'floods' and 'emergency plumbers' - it turned out to be a leak and no bill ever materialised for said emergency plumber. Referred to the tenants as 'the tenants' and not on a 'mates' basis Addressed the numerous breaches of contract directly and immediately with the tenants and informed them that they were infact in breach of their contract! Remember WHO paid them and that the owner DOES have legal rights. Remind the tenants IT IS NOT THEIR PROPERTY and they CANNOT do as they please without permission Teach their staff some manners and learn how to spell.

Your experience with Andrews and deposits mirrors ours. Once Andrews has your money they seem only to care about their relationship with the landlord. They are unhelpful in providing references re financial probity to new landlords claiming they do not manage properties even when, in our case, they have taken rent six months in advance and know us to be financially sound. I sold a property through Andrews this January but after my 2 year experience as a tenant I would not deal with them again ...
