Leigh came and gave us an honest market appraisal for the house. He told us what he thought and whilst another agent suggested far more, and we would have liked more, we thought Leigh might have been closer to the mark.
All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They took the veiwings out of our hands and did all of them except one. They communicated with us regularly how things were going and kept up the energy, always looking for new potential buyers to show through, even though our house was a bit slower to sell than others on their books. They were empathetic when things were slow and did not push to lower our asking price. In the end we got slightly above our asking price, the estimate that Leigh had originally given.
We are very happy with the service and results from the team at Lawler.
